They used to be good. Today they have a terrible attitude towards customers. I asked them to recharge my AC and they decided to do additional work without my authorization .. Fought with them but they didnt give a hoot. Low lives--- Do yourself a favor..Stay away.

Tariq and Walter of Pro-Air Mechanical arrived at our offices to service the units and they were amazing! They were professional, polite, knowledgeable and efficient. Thank you Pro-Air for responsive technicians. I would highly recommend again.
Technician was able to identify and temporarily fix the issue, however, he stated that a larger problem persists and it is only a matter of time before it breaks again. Charged $450 for this 15 minute visit.
