Pro Air Heating and Cooling was professional and prompt with their communications and service. Patrick was honest throughout the whole process from quote to installation.
They provide great service, are very professional, and respect their customers' time. They made some improvements and fixed some problems in my home's heating system. I'm happy with the quality of their work, with how they took the time to answer my questions and accommodate my requests, and with the price. They are definitely my preferred heating and cooling company from now on.
I was shopping for a new furnace and I decided to go with ProAir , they showed up on time for both the quote and install. The quote was cheaper than most I gathered, they conducted a clean & professional install, and even went the extra mile for me without asking. Highly recommend you give them a call!
Really impressed with Patryk and ProAir. I'd been told by another HVAC company that our air conditioner was done because it was leaking. They then quoted me 11K to put in an heating pump or 6K to replace the air conditioner. Patryk came in, looked, and discovered that the water collection tray at the bottom of the air conditioner coils was cracked and that may be why the water was leaking. Thank you Patryk and the team for such an awesome AC purchasing experience! I received a great price on the unit and install and was very impressed with the excellent service! Patryk even repaired an unrelated electrical issue I had! He relocated my central humidifier in the furnace room for me as well. He knows what he’s doing and it was nice to be in good hands and with a fast install! I appreciated the free furnace filters and AC unit cover as well! Thanks again!
