Sedat with Pro Air Care took care of me with exceptional care. My HVAC unit was around 5 years old. The original installer could not figure out an error code coming through after about 10 visits and $1,200 dollars later. I was then referred to Sedat who took care of my issue immediately. Sedat identified the actual issue after just one visit, made the fixes, ordered the parts, and got me back up and running in no time. Sedat and his colleague were very efficient and a pleasure to work with. Sedat was very knowlegable and professional with the installation of my new furnace and AC condenser. He took the time to explain the process and answered all my questions. He was very respectful and on time. He clearly knows what he is doing and I felt very confident in his work. I couldn't be happier with the service and I highly recommend Pro Air Care!!!
