I did purchase a front wheel walker for my husband 3 1/2 weeks ago paid cash. His Therapist ask to buy a tray for it too, what I ordered with Jessica in store the same time since none were available at this time. She ordered and I paid cash $98 total for both items. She told me it be in within a week and she would call me. 16 days went buy and I drove 18 miles to see where my tray has been since no one answered the phone for an hr. I cannot say enough wonderful things about Jessica at Pro Air Medical. She was truly an absolute angel throughout the entire process of helping me get my very first bariatric rollator. From the beginning, Jessica went above and beyond in ways I didn’t expect.
