They refused to fill a prescription for a controlled substance (low dose generic Adderall). This alone is annoying, but somewhat understandable (though poor professional practice). The much more annoying thing is that they did not inform us that they would not fill it, and required multiple visits to get the entire story from them. Extremely frustrating.
Pro-Aid is the best. Great communication. So kind. I can’t recommend then enough
