Great customer service !! My local rite aid is closing so I was looking for another pharmacy. I visited Pro Aid and I love that it’s a smaller pharmacy where you get what I call “ old school“ customer service the way it should be. The pharmacists are patient and willing to answer any questions I had.
One word that would describe them is excellent. They have amazing service they deliver my medication on time. They always call me and ask if I want to fill my refills. They really do care for me and my family. I really do appreciate everything they do. The pharmacist go beyond their duties. The staff there also makes sure they have all the products I need to make sure I supply my home with. Favorite store I go to!! Thank you !
