I drove to your North Battleford location today to buy a chainsaw chain, but unfortunately the store was closed. I first arrived around11 a.m., and then came back again around1 p.m. Both times the store was closed even though your posted business hours say you're open from 10:30 to4:30. This was very frustrating, as I made a special trip based on those hours. If your schedule has changed, please update your business hours so customers know when the store is actually open. Thank you.

The gentleman there was very nice and friendly and just about had me sold on a lawnmower but then he started telling me how bad Donald Trump is and that Justin Trudeau and Mark Carney are the best prime ministers Canada has ever had so after that I didn't know if I could believe him on how great his lawnmowers are and how much better they are than the competitors.

Took my chainsaw chain in to get sharpened. Got it back 3 weeks later after they found it. Told me it was all done. Took it home. The teeth on the chain are all burnt black it looks like....he used a power tool or something...and there are really big burr's and it's as dull as can be. Never again will I take my chain in to get sharpened by somebody that does this. Really bad, terrible work. Reponse to Owner: I ended up reconditioning the chain myself.
