Took my chainsaw chain in to get sharpened. Got it back 3 weeks later after they found it. Told me it was all done. Took it home. The teeth on the chain are all burnt black it looks like....he used a power tool or something...and there are really big burr's and it's as dull as can be. Never again will I take my chain in to get sharpened by somebody that does this. Really bad, terrible work. Reponse to Owner: I ended up reconditioning the chain myself. Any time I've gone here everyone has been extremely helpful. Really friendly and went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed. They've had what I needed and the prices are better than Canadian tire. Great store, will come here again whenever I need something.
