I injured my shoulder playing tennis and had a mild case of tendinitis in my rotator cuff. I called Proactiv and was able to get an appointment within the same week. I worked with Jannie during my time here, and the professionalism I experienced here was unlike any other PT clinic I’ve attended. First visit was an in depth diagnosis of my shoulder mobility. I can’t recommend our PT “J” highly enough for her exceptional care and expertise. My sister and I are both very sports-oriented, and we each saw J for different sports-related injuries. I was super happy with the treatment I received for neck, hip and knee issues. I am back to my active lifestyle of swimming and hiking, very grateful for their care/patience and accomodation to my special needs and requests. This is a wonderful PT clinic. The people here know what they're doing and listened carefully to my experiences and easily diagnosed what was going on and gave me the appropriate exercises. I really recommend this place! They helped me fix my feet pain from flat feet and tight calves, and luckily I was going here when I sprained my hip and they helped me recover from that as well. I didn't even know spraining my hip from falling also affected my knees, but they caught onto that and gave me exercises to help with those too. ... read more
