I’ve been coming to Pro Active Physical Therapy since September for a shoulder dislocation and have been treated here for a little over three months. I want to especially thank Anu for her outstanding care throughout this entire period. She is extremely kind, empathetic, and always takes the time to truly listen and adapt the therapy to the patient’s needs. My mom received outstanding care from Anupama Rao and Nupur Oza while recovering from knee replacement surgery and ongoing back issues. I’ve been working with Hima and J for the past month, and the difference has been remarkable. After months of treatment elsewhere with no real progress on chronic plantar fasciitis, I’m finally seeing meaningful results here. I had a meniscus repair surgery mid-year and have been consistently going to Pro-Active for rehab and getting my strength back. I was scared of walking even with the crutches!
