I can’t recommend our PT “J” highly enough for her exceptional care and expertise. My sister and I are both very sports-oriented, and we each saw J for different sports-related injuries. This is the best physical therapy clinic I have ever been. The therapists here are very professional. They help me treat my long lasting injuries which haven’t been solved at other places. I’ve been working with Hima and J for the past month, and the difference has been remarkable. After months of treatment elsewhere with no real progress on chronic plantar fasciitis, I’m finally seeing meaningful results here. I came to Proactive in August 25, with severe sciatica pain. For the last 3 months, Anu has patiently treated me, working with me through all of my pain , treating me by releasing muscles, tens machine and acupuncture and take home exercises. I am much better now - all thanks to Anu for my progress! I also appreciate the friendly atmosphere that Hima and Ame (reception) created. Highly recommend Proactive if you ever need PT.
