I’ve been coming to Pro Active Physical Therapy since September for a shoulder dislocation and have been treated here for a little over three months. I want to especially thank Anu for her outstanding care throughout this entire period. My mom received outstanding care from Anupama Rao and Nupur Oza while recovering from knee replacement surgery and ongoing back issues. Both of them were incredibly kind, patient, and attentive throughout her recovery. Do not go here. Many other clinics provide this kind of basic information for free, but this place charges $25 and doesn’t make it clear upfront. You only find out after you’ve received care. I went here in September 2025 for arm pain, following my orthopedic doctor’s recommendation, and chose this clinic near Sunnyvale because of the good reviews. I had a meniscus repair surgery mid-year and have been consistently going to Pro-Active for rehab and getting my strength back. I was scared of walking even with the crutches! I have been working with Hima Kothari and I couldn't be happier with my progress. She is very encouraging and is genuinely happy for me when I am able to overcome a recovery milestone.
