Waterville PROActive got me back on my feet safely and quickly after total hip replacement surgery. Everyone there was willing to listen to my concerns and teach me how to progress not only at my appointments, but at home as well. The office has a welcoming and friendly environment with a knowledgeable staff that encourage and care about each individual. I hope there is no need for PT again, but if there is, I will be there.
Professional and warm, which seamlessly translates into a good, customized program. My therapist, Mike, challenged me aligning with my pre-existing and growing capabilities, all while staying true, and cautious, to the required course of rehab. He’s great for those that want to expedite healing, willing to grind, but need a professional to keep you grounded.
The team there is great and very friendly. I would recommend them to my family and friends.
We have gotten to know many people at proactive in Waterville. We can not say enough good things about them !! Very professional and yet very personable. They know what they are doing to get you fixed up, yet make you feel like family. Thanks to all, but especially, Mike, Adam, Martha, Austin and Dionne, we couldn't have asked for better care.
Great experience, everybody worked hard to help me get moving. If I ever need physical therapy again, ProActive will be my choice. Thanks to all involved.
