I have had appointments with several of the Doctors. All of them have been great.
Called to make a new patient appointment, scheduled same day at noon. Then a few minutes later I missed a call, I received a message from Bethany apologizing saying that she was mistaken, my appointment wasn’t until the next day. No big deal, I called back and spoke to Jennifer. Jennifer began to argue with me saying I don’t have an appointment at all and she has no idea who I could have spoken to. What a terrible first impression. I decided to try another office!
