STAY AWAY!!!!! They took over $4,000 and did not do any of the work they said they did. I even paid for an third party diagnostic to prove work was not done. When confronted they claimed to be "under new ownership" and the "New owner" could never be reached. The State of Texas took away their corporate charter years ago and according to the city of Irving they do not have a business license. Went to file a small claims and found out that the state is first in line. I filed complaint with BBB and they did not respond.
I took my BMW to this shop to have the brakes worked on and the guys I dealt with were great. They charged a fair enough price and got the work done quickly. I couldn't have asked for much more.
Under the ownership of Mike Saad, this business replaced a computer chip, and the issue with the car changed... but was not repaired. After months of the run around I finally took it somewhere else where the faulty chip Saad put in was replaced and the car was fine after that. I attempted to sue Saad, for the $700 + but was told Saad had went to Jordan and would not return. I was also told by one of the flunkies at the shop "absolutely" when I told him I wanted my money back, but of course Saad had to be the one who approved... read more
