I hired this company to diagnose and repair an issue with my AC system. Over the past year and a half, technicians have visited my home multiple times to address the problem. Despite those service visits, the same issue continues to occur. The technicians were generally professional during their visits, but I am disappointed that the underlying problem has not been resolved after this amount of time. Terence came out to service the air conditioner/heat unit. He was very thorough in his explanation of what he did today and what future repairs may be needed. He was very professional and courteous. I would highly recommend pro action air service and the technician Terrence to check out your HVAC needs.

Bill and Dave showed up promptly and replaced my split 12-year-old air conditioner. They were clean and neat with their work and their prices are reasonable.
