I went to this shop twice, in 2023 and 2024. Serviced two different bikes there and quite honestly I can say that I was disappointed both times. Most notably during my last visit. ***TL/DR: they charged me for work I didn't authorize & over-torqued my rear axle nut necessitating drilling in order to remove it.*** My first visit in 2023 was to get a new rear tire on my 2014 CBR650F. Went in to see Rob today because I was rushed in my last helmet purchase and it was too big and unsafe. I’m kind of short, so I have a problem with the shell of the helmets being too big and when I ride in a tucked position, the back of my helmet hits my back or my hoodie or my jacket or my vest. It makes the helmet come down and the eye port comes down in my line of sight and I can’t see . Bob fitted me with a small/medium Pista . Not what it once was Brought my bike in Thursday night from Belleville for an appointment Friday morning . Didn’t get around to it , said mechanic would get to it following Tuesday . If you want to be let down and then treated like they are doing you a favour this might be the shop for you .
