So bitterly disappointed as they are the only show in town. Meeting with the resp. tech was incredibly rushed and I left with more questions than answers and a $500 non-refundable piece of equipment that is totally useless. I would be red-face embarrassed if my business operated the way they did today. It felt like a sales pitch, not a medical consultation. Disgusted. Their recent reviews show that there is a problem. Problem is they are one of the only shows in town.
Got new cpap on Thursday March 26 tried new nasal mask not comfortable with ot went back to get full face like o used for many years before orchard park office said I could only change mask if I was new patient so I just have to live with mask I got they will not help with it
Waiting over a week for nebulizer machine just keep getting it's an insurance issue then have supposedly repeated sending script from doctors Noone is helping
I did not work with them long, but in the short time we had oxygen for my Mom they were extremely professional, efficient and compassionate. They made me feel like they prioritized our delivery and setup and it took a huge weight off a stressful situation. Special thanks to Ryan and to Mark who helped us over the phone.
Was patient/customer for decades but after they sent masks with magnets, despite being on my chart not to do so, never responded to my request for credit for a future order. So I have fired them. Used to be a great place but they have, IMHO, lost sight of all but the Almighty Dollar. So, freedom of the marketplace caused me to say bye and I am pretty sure they couldn't care less. I very seldom post negative reviews, but have made an exception here.
