Was patient/customer for decades but after they sent masks with magnets, despite being on my chart not to do so, never responded to my request for credit for a future order. So I have fired them. Used to be a great place but they have, IMHO, lost sight of all but the Almighty Dollar. So, freedom of the marketplace caused me to say bye and I am pretty sure they couldn't care less. I very seldom post negative reviews, but have made an exception here.
The company is a complete horoscope.Nobody knows what's going on and they keep people seapack.Machines for several months do not go with this company.They should be shut down and arrested immediately
