My husband and I have used Pro 1 before with no complaints. That was a couple of years ago though so maybe things have changed since then. We recently found ourselves in need of replacing the fuel door on my car. It's being replaced through our insurance and Pro 1 is the only USAA approved/certified body shop in the area so we have to go through them. We began this process right before the new year 2019. Poor communication and did not finish the repairs they were paid for.
When I took my car to them last Monday they said it will be ready Friday and when I called and ask they said it needed to be painted and I recalled and said I’m on my way in 30 minutes and they was just pulling my car in the garage to get started on it. Then they said it will be ready Tuesday and I called, they said it need to be painted. I just called today and they said we will call you back. I’m NOT COMING BACK HERE AGAIN !

Very rude! Lied about the update of my truck. When I picked up the truck they didn't walk me out to show me the work. They replaced my trunk door and put it back uneven. I was treated so disrespectfully I don't even want to call back and complain.
