Great shop and an amazing group of people. I have to especially thank Chad. I put my 2024 GR Corolla in a ditch back in early August. Throughout the entire almost two months of it being at Pro 1 Chad kept me informed with what was going on. As well as what he was waiting on and gave me estimates hoping to have the car ready. I got my car back on October 4th and I honestly couldn't tell it was ever in an accident. If I could give these guys no stars I would. My hood from my truck has never been right since they did work on my vehicle. It shakes violently going down the road and has become worse over time. I tried calling their office and explained my situation multiple times and they have always said they would call me back and never have to this day. I would never recommend these guys because they don’t stand by their work!
They have had my uncle's truck for a month. They "guaranteed" us 4 different dates the truck would be ready for pick up. They wouldn't return phone calls, so we had to go there in person to get anything done. On day we got call saying to pick it up, Chad told us 1 time & when we got there, they were still working on the truck, & gave us a time of an hour later. Chads and his crew kept me informed and updated weekly. Vehicle was ready when promised. They have done work for me several times, everything comes back shiny and new looking. I would never even consider using another body shop. Thanks Chad and PRO1
My car was taken to receive auto body repairs which included paint as well. The front bumper paint job was okay. The side panel included a few dings in which some were painted over while others were not. I have had flawless paint jobs from other Auto Body Shops in the past and this was not one of them. While the work is warranted I will not be taking my vehicle back to this body shop. My windshield was cracked when I arrived to pick up my vehicle.
