I recently started taking care of my elderly mother who is not mobile and needs transportation that can utilize her wheelchair. I have had great experiences so far with PRN. The drivers have all been extremely punctual, polite, and professional. They make sure my mom is secured very well in the van. I paid for the service but the service was for my mother. My mother has anxiety and is kind of a worrier. She was scared and nervous prior to the trip from the rehab facility to the hospital, afterwards she was at ease. She told me that her trip was very very comfortable, she was in an air conditioned van, and that the men who transported her treated her exactly as she hoped…. With care and sensitivity. Thank you to everyone

I have used PRN Med Transport a few times to help transport my family members. In both cases, they were prompt, attentive, and communicative throughout the entire process from beginning to end. There were no questions regarding pickup, drop off, or anything of that matter. In addition, the staff are extremely friendly and helpful. I would recommend and do recommend this company for all your medical transfer needs. Thank you, PRN Med Transport for your care in helping our families.

I called PRN in a panic this morning at 5am. I had a scheduled colonoscopy and needed a ride and a pick up. I had scheduled a ride with United Healthcare. I realized they are an unacceptable provider. My provider only accepted medical transport. PRN came thru for me in the clutch! Picked me up on time for my appointment and later were waiting when it was time to leave. Excellent service! I recommend them highly! Good job!
