Great service and the nicest Ems crews!!!
I'm not sure why it is necessary to play with the lights and sirens at 10:00 at night? When confronting the employees,they hide in the ambulance and ignore everyone. They have no respect for the houses in the neighborhood.
I just called to get quote for a transport and the first thing mentioned was we charge a baseline of $1,000. Then I said okay, that's fine please provide a quote or estimate. Then she said, we mainly only do contract facilities and we're going to be so busy we won't be able to do it. Although I clearly said I did not yet have a date. I feel like I was treated this way because they assumed I didn't have the money to pay. If I couldn't afford it I wouldn't have called!
