Jesse Toquinto is by far the worst mortgage consultant we have ever encountered. He is extremely unprofessional, lazy and disorganized. He always gives us conflicting information, but this last time was the last straw for us. He called my husband and gave him misinformation regarding an appraisal value for a house (we thought we were getting an amazing deal) and it turns out he was completely incorrect and lied to us regarding the value of the house. Ramon was fine and did a fine job. Laying him off in the middle of this transaction was the wrong thing to do and at the closing table the closing documents were incorrect which caused a 45 minute delay while we were sitting at the closing table.
Bill was great to work with he always kept us informed on what was going on with our loan,he was very nice and he is a great person to have on our side, I highly recommend him.
