Unbelievable team at PRMA! I can honestly say that every single employee goes above and beyond for their patients. I drove my sister 3hrs to have an appt on 8/24 when we arrived the Receptionist advised the appt had been cancelled (she was rude) The appt was also just a consultation that I feel they could have still squeezed her in considering we had driven all that way. Reception also advised they did NOT do self pay and after calling my doctor & nurse speaking with billing she advised they do allow self pay. All this to say DO BETTER & ACCOMADATE YOUR FUTURE PATIENTS.
Dr. Lauren Whipple is an extraordinarily talented surgeon, and I cannot speak highly enough of her! I was only 27 years old when I was diagnosed with breast cancer and learned that I would need a double mastectomy. Hearing the words “you have cancer” and “you need a double mastectomy” is terrifying. First and foremost- UNBELIEVABLE EXPLANT . My surgeon and his nurse are the BEST . Dr M is amazing. 4 weeks post op and my breast EXPLANT went well and my Lift Is excellent . I am so pleased and just so relieved that I chose to go with an Amazing DOCTOR. Natalie his nurse is beyond helpful as well. I can’t thank them enough . THANK YOU TO PRMA - BEST EXPERIENCE EVER
