First appt/consultation, very nice, great bedside manner, awaiting the surgery to know better
First of all I had to insist on having an in person appointment. I only met my surgeon virtually and was told meeting him the day before the procedure was sufficient. I did not agree. They miraculously fit me in a few months later at 415pm. At 230 someone from scheduling called to inquire if I wanted to come in early at 315, due to a cancellation. PRMA scheduled my wife in the summer for a consult in dec 2025. We have to drive several hours to get to San Antonio. They rescheduled her appointment 2 weeks prior to. My wife and I had already requested PTO for the originally scheduled day. We requested PTO for the new day. Annoying, but tolerable. It's 4 days before her rescheduled appointment and they called to reschedule again. These folks had 6 months to figure out their schedule and they're making changes at the last minute.
