I saw this provider on February 2024 for retinopathy. I was very dissatisfied and disappointed. Duke says it on mychart that the consultation with him is 20 minutes however, the appointment for testing retinopathy is 2 hours. That 2 hours turned into 4 hours and 30 minutes. I came at 12:30pm and did not leave until 5pm. When he finally came and talked to me, he only spent less than 5 minutes with me but I spent 2 and half hours waiting for him just for consultation.
