Horrible ! New owner is terrible. I have been coming here for 10 years. The owner left and new owner took over. A simple trim is all I have asked for and it was completely messed up my Hair. I wanted a simple straight 2-3” cut. They cut off 5” and it’s not even straight !!! It’s all Over the place So now I have to go get it fixed and even More will be cut off.
