Avoid this doctor if you want actual care. She does nothing. Everything is a referral. Very unhelpful. On top of that, I had to see her after an ER visit to be cleared for surgery. Appt. was canceled the morning of saying it needed to be rescheduled as a new patient appt. I'm not a new patient. When I called Advocate, both the person assisting me and the supervisor said there was no reason for her office to handle this way, and I should have been seen. She was so helpful and didn't belittle me about any of my concerns, she provided excellent care and information. She's the first dr that I've had that took the time to actually talk about all of my concerns even though I arrived late to my appointment, she still gave me her all.
