Absolut discussing receptionist Fritzie, She has no respect for patient unless they are her own kind. I have been to this clinic many times, and this receptionist will put "her own" kind in before anyone's and then will say they have an appointment when its not true. She will also speak her own language so they rest of us don't know , but good job Melissa for telling Fritzie she cant sneak in a walk in patient regardless it is a rostered patient and they still have to follow rules and wait in line like the rest of us.
