On 1/31/22, Priya the owner did microblading on me. I didn't realize I was her first customer she was doing this procedure to. It was a terrible experience. It was extremely painful. She hardly used numbing cream on this procedure. As you can see, she did a terrible job. My right eyebrow is lower than my left eyebrow. She added an line lower than my right eyebrow. I came here yesterday for the first time after being recommended. The woman inside was extremely rude and disrespectful. She didn’t speak and kept tapping me instead of using her words. She was moving my hands away, like pushing my hands away again instead of using her words. When it was time to pay, I HANDED her a 20. She threw my money on the counter. Been doing my eyebrows here for almost 3 years. Only had 1 bad experience. A customer had came in while I was getting my brows done and she pointed at the lady who was doing my brows and said " I don't want you, you made me bleed last time" Long and behold when I was finished, my brows were completely red and bloody. I had small scabs under my brows for days while they healed. I knew not to let her do my brows ever again. I never knew her name but recognized her by face.
