Nothing like waiting 5 months for a follow up appointment only to have it cancelled on you because the doctor is out of the office. Given no treatment and no follow up. Plan the doctor laid out during the first appoint was never followed and calls weren’t returned. I’m sure Dr. Bansal is a great doctor but at my first appointment 7 months ago she said “I would’ve treated you yesterday if I could have” and yet over half a year later I still haven’t been treated for anything.
Dr. Bansal is awesome! I've been working with her for a few years now. I was getting push back from insurance regarding my specialty medication a while back and during my appointment she called someone and it was resolved in minutes. She is a dedicated provider.
I’ve seen many allergists over the years due to my severe oral allergy syndrome. Dr Bansal is the best allergist to visit. So knowledgeable, caring, and will give you many options to combat the allergies that you feel comfortable with. The office is well run and efficient. I’ve never felt so confident about managing my allergies as I do after seeing Dr Bansal. I’m already feeling so much better. She is really one of the best in the field.
Dr Bansal was amazing! I brought my teenage daughter to her for some issues she was having regarding allergies and she gave my daughter such hope and took so much time to address all of her concerns and speak to her in a manner that was understanding empathetic and kind. So grateful to her and her practice!
Dr. B. takes all the time necessary with you to research and decide on the best course of treatmentn for you. She is thorough, intense and very thoughtful and kind. I would recommend her to anyone as one of the best doctors I have ever had. In a word, wonderful!
