Very careless company with employees who are unhygienic and won't keep your car clean. They won't call you when your vehicle is ready for pickup. They also damaged my car. Looking at the reviews I'm not the only customer with such experience. Do not use prixcar if you care about keeping your car clean and free of scratches. Terrible company should be out of business.
Good prices and ease of drop of and pick up, friendly staff very helpful. Good communication through the transport dates and times.
Absolute joke if your looking to get anything done relatively soon I wouldn’t bother, being in customer service myself usually move heaven and earth for customers, was told Wednesday for a collection but after that date coming up they try everything to get out of it terms and conditions rubbish instead of being any bit helpful, not sure how people are employed as “planners” and it takes 2 business days to decided when to pick a car up and 11 business days for a drop off in the same state, I could early walk there and back in... read more
Terrible experience. Car arrived severely damaged transported from QLD to NSW, was shocked and devastated to see my car arrive in this state. Damage was quoted as $8000-9000 by 2 independent garages, as well mould & rust due to the compromised trunk lid. Lengthy claims process, had to organise repairs / gather quotes ourselves. Was difficult to reach them to communicate. This incident put me out of a car for 3 months, right before I start a new job. Would not recommend this company.
