Best service I have used them couple of times never had issue with PrixCar best in the town

Worst communication and poorest service I have experienced in a long time. Avoid
On Wednesday 16th July , at around midday on the Hume Hwy Southbound, one of your trucks was driving aggressively. I was towing a caravan and have only towed a few times. I was staying in the left lane and going around 90km. One of these Prix Trucks, fully laden, drove right up behind my van causing drag and swerved out from behind me, drove right on the line and then swerved back in front of me. You need to speak to your drivers about being aggressive towards others on the road.
If I could give zero stars, I would. My experience with PrixCar has been nothing short of a nightmare. I trusted them to transport my vehicle across the country and it arrived with clear and significant front-end damage that was not present before collection. Despite providing extensive evidence including pre-purchase inspection reports, post-delivery assessments, and photographic proof, they have refused to take responsibility for the full extent of the damage caused during transport.
