Terrible experience. Car arrived severely damaged transported from QLD to NSW, was shocked and devastated to see my car arrive in this state. Damage was quoted as $8000-9000 by 2 independent garages, as well mould & rust due to the compromised trunk lid. Lengthy claims process, had to organise repairs / gather quotes ourselves. Was difficult to reach them to communicate. This incident put me out of a car for 3 months, right before I start a new job. Would not recommend this company. If you are looking for a car transporter that cares about your car - look elsewhere. After being told the most expeditious service would be a depot to depot service, I had the dealer urgently deliver my vehicle to their depot and watched it sit there for a week before it was loaded the morning it was transported from Melbourne to Sydney. Ceramic coating and paying premium dollar for enclosed transport service to only see your car sit unlocked, uncovered, outdoors for 7 days is frustrating. The car was delivered extremely dirty, particularly the bonnet, which made any reasonable inspection of the paintwork impossible at the time of delivery. After washing the car myself, I discovered a scratch and reported it within hours the same morning. Despite clear photo evidence and prompt notification, the company flatly refused responsibility. I had a great experience with PrixCar Services in Minto. My Toyota GR Yaris was delivered a full week earlier than expected and arrived in immaculate condition, with only a very light layer of dust. The team were helpful, professional, and friendly throughout the process, especially the employee who delivered the vehicle to me.
