I used them to transport my car from Melbourne to Brisbane. The service was friendly and seamless, and the car was delivered before the promised date, clean and without a scratch, within 4 days! Blown away by how easy it all was.
I had this company pick up my Mercedes CLA45 from Adelaide to Melbourne and they damaged beneath my car. Damaging the bracket which then impacted the exhaust and driveshaft. My car now makes a horrible sound and of course, the company denies any responsibility. Without even inspecting the car, they claim the damage was done before or after they had it. Any good mechanic can clearly see there is no damage anywhere else on the car for this to be from a road incident. DO NOT trust these people with your car, please!
