I want to love this place. But there is always something a bit off. During the week of Christmas I treated myself to a vitamin infusion. I am unfamiliar with the ingredients in their infusions so when I arrived for my appointment I said I think I want the special but asked for information about which recipe would be best for my headache. Receptionist said to ask the nurse. But the nurse prepared the promotional IV before I even talked to her. I originally went to Dr Privvys office for micro needling but when she noticed a small red mark on my nose , she began pursuing information -( it was a basel cell carcinoma) which i had been advised an extensive and lengthy treatment for previously, by a dermatologist.. Dr Privvy was able to address my concerns, answer my questions and direct me to specialists who can provide more direct solutions. I waited over a month for one of her “services” that she told me she had 20 years of experience in. After doing her “other services in the meantime while she got ready for this other service” she calls me back own morning and says “I haven’t practiced this for over a year” … very alarming and unprofessional to lead me into thinking she was going to help me and then calls me on the whim and says she can’t do it.
