I have had the best experiences here - it’s great to finally find a Dr that cares, and not feel as if I’m part of a herd of cattle. I have referred both DO Dr’s to my family, friends, and coworkers, and everyone I have referred feels the same way. Taylor is always helpful, and the added bonus of having Tiffany - She is a blessing, and I’m thankful for her!
This Dr is accepting new patients, however if you're new, you'll likely never be seen. Their new patient wait time for an appt is exceedingly LONG even with a medical issue that can't wait. I've been trying since Jan, but there is always some reason to push it out further. So... looking for a new Dr that actually is accepting new patients.
never saw doctor. After 3 month wait for appointment I was told on the day of my appointment I could not be seen until I had this doctor listed on my card as my PCP even though my insurance does not require that. The receptionist was rude and unprofessional in speaking to both me and my insurance company, she showed no empathy or willingness to listen. She actually accused me of attempting to commit insurance fraud! Totally incompetent. The doctor may be good but I will not attempt to reschedule due to this office person
Just got off the line with the rudest receptionist ever! Overtalked me. Told me I have to find a provider that accepts both my insurance because I have medicaid as a secondary insurance because they don't accept medicaid. I get that u can run prescriptions through medicaid which I don't because I don't use the pharmacy medicaid requires. As far as an office visit which participates with my primary insurance I'm able to do so. They just wouldn't bill medicaid because they don't participate obviously. MaryAnn is the best doctor that I have ever had she actually pays attention to me listens to my concerns my knees and she does everything that she can to help me I absolutely love her she is the best very good practice
