They never pick up the phone
Dr. Janine Brown running 60 minutes behind. Sad that if I where late I would lose my appt or have to pay. No apology when I asked about how late Dr was running, did not tell me when I came in for my appt that Dr was running behind. This particular Dr is always running late my wife had an appt with her that was late as well as when my father in law had an appt with Dr. Brown. NEXT time if I can't be seen by my regular Dr here I will go to Patient First.
