Poor. They took over the operations of Amherst Family Practice, who already had issues on their own, and the transition was terrible. I received multiple inaccurate large statements without my insurance payments reflecting on the statement. I was told multiple times by AFP to ignore the bill that they need to update the insurance. These people call me non-stop asking me to come get a flu shot. I dont support spammers. Garbage medical practice and garbage tactics.

At first my wife and I were happy with the doctor and the staff, but now I'm looking for another provider. They are almost never available by phone and call backs take hours and days even. The website is ridiculously slow and when I called today to ask them when it was going to let me log on, I was placed on hold after doing a 1 then a 2 then a 3 or some silly nonsense. I listened to "mood" music for 5 minutes then hung up!
