Privia Health offers very, very bad service. I have spent hours trying to reach someone to schedule a routine follow up procedure. I kept get the answering service and NEVER anyone in the actual office by phone. So I went out my way to go to a physical office in my town to schedule. Filled out a ream of paper an they said someone would call me to schedule. No one has to date. Instead I get an automated message and a number to call. When you call that number you go back to the Privia answering service and they can't help you.... read more

Ever since the corporation merged with my primary healthcare facility, it has been one nightmare after another. They adamantly refuse to refill prescriptions. They do not answer calls. After ceasing to take a life-saving medication per their directive, my blood pressure escalated to 330/194. The answering service is misleading. The automation indicates it takes 48-72 hours to refill a prescription.
