Extremely unprofessional person. Clearance had to be chased multiple times, and when he arrived for our appointment apparently rung the door bell (which I didn't hear). He stayed he sat in his truck for 15 mins but not once did he call to say "hey I'm here, hey I run the doorbell, hey I knocked on your door". Instead I again had to call him and when confronted proceeded to tell me he was doing me a favor (bull crap) he was much getting paid.
