Elizabeth Hoffman is a wise, funny, engaged, and talented yoga teacher trainer. I have a luck and privilege to attend one of her private 200h YTT Vinyasa Yoga teacher training here in Pompano Beach FL. Lizzy was incredible. She has endless knowledge and understanding of the human body and spirit through yoga. I felt that I was getting personal one on one yoga training but also a special amount of time to really dive in, understand and form my own thoughts and beliefs of our spiritual beings in the energy and space around us.
