I attended Paige's yoga retreat in March 2025 at Groundworks. It was incredibly relaxing, meditative, and left my body and mind feeling stretched, inspired, and peaceful. Beautiful location and great group of people, plus tasty food. I highly recommend Paige's yoga retreats!

Paige is so incredible! She has a very calm, gentle approach, and I would highly recommend her. I needed something restorative and her practice provided that and more! Her cues allow you to flow with your eyes closed and truly feel each stretch and breath. The session flew by and I left feeling better physically and mentally. Really amazing practice!
