I am 79 and not much of an athlete, to put it mildly. I wanted it all: yoga for stretching, pilates for core work and weight lifting for bone strengthening. With Paige I get it all. She is extremely experienced in all these areas and used to working with older patients. She has helped me with my back problems and my knee problems. The nicest thing? I worked with Paige throughout my pregnancy and it’s made such a difference — it’s helped address and prevent aches and pains and continue to feel good in my body. Working 1:1 with her made it possible to both address whatever was going on at the time of the lesson and do sequences more challenging then the standard prenatal yoga class, which was what I wanted. I have been working with Paige for a year and her sessions are very professional and instructive. I have enjoyed them and found my flexibility to have greatly improved. She really tailors the sessions to not only what will benefit the client but also to what the client wants.
