Came here for an ultra ultrasound a while ago. I was told to have a full bladder at the time of the appointment. I was kept waiting 1 whole hour with a full and very painful bladder! When I queried it at the desk, I was told the lady who does it isn't in yet! Turns out it was on error on their system. When she finally arrived the ultrasound was rushed as she had others waiting. I was not given any discount and because of this experience, my bladder continued to hurt the rest of the day.
