I was going to call and complain but I'd rather not even talk to these folks. Van drivers likes to whip through our neighborhood at 35-40mph. Whosever driving today needs to get checked.
I spoke to a representative and was told to register my daughter online for school pick up. After registering her I never heard beach from this company. Sent numerous messages and voicemails and still no response and my daughter is starting school tomorrow! Extremely unprofessional to do this to people. I would give zero stars if I could!
We used On The Way for several years while our children needed private transportation to/from school. As parents, safety is our number one priority and we found this to be true with On The Way. It was recommended to us by word of mouth and we are highly recommending them. From the drivers to the owners, they are the best! Thank you for keeping our children safe.
