I recently found myself in need of assistance from one of my Oak Island neighbors. Private Retreat has provided exceptional service for us! We have a Beach house on OKI and live up North. There have been countless times we have used their service. They have helped us with picking up packages we have had delivered. They have gone to our house and checked things over after a storm to make sure everything was ok, in working order, as well as checking for any issues that may need to be addressed. Bob and Carol’s concierge service gives us peace of mind not to have to worry about the little things in between our visits to our home on Oak Island. Having a trusted partner swing by to turn off the water, pick up a package or turn off a light that was left on accidentally makes a difference. Since we don’t rent out our house, a concierge service is a perfect solution to take care of things when we are away. Bob and Carol are that trusted service for us. Great trusted service.
