Very experienced team, making every step of the process as easy as possible, always with a friendly contact. We always received multiple options, were advised of their +/-, and left free of our choices. Never pushy in any way. I have worked with Thierry on our 4th mortgage application, and I would absolutely do it again.
The bulk of my experience was with Thierry Abel and it was exceptional. He was responsive, patient (I had SO many questions), and was an amazing mortgage broker: getting me a loan that no banks would offer and acting as my advocate and support in navigating the loan application and approval process.
