Move-in process was smooth. Had an online error that the store manager Thomas was able to correct and help me through my move-in process. Thomas was very helpful with the in-s and out-s and answered my questions and concerns regarding renting a unit. Thank you Thomas!

After realizing I had a unit larger then I needed, Thomas worked with me to not only fit my storage needs but went above and beyond to make sure that the one unit left (which was actively being cleaned) was on hold until I got there the next day. Thank you Thomas! Outstanding service.
