Had my first appointment with Christa today and she was very thorough and kind. I’m there to see her for preventative measures during my pregnancy. She gave me a lot of information and exercises to help keep my pelvic floor in tact. I plan to continue to see her throughout my pregnancy and postpartum. I was very comfortable. She has a nice office. Highly recommend, even if you don’t have an issue yet. She can help prevent damage and evaluate your current state.
Christa is amazing to work with. She is so very thorough and knowledgeable. She has helped me tremendously and I am so grateful. She has helped get to the root cause of my issues and we’re working together to heal my body. Christa is passionate about what she does and genuinely wants to see her patients thrive. I highly recommend her!
