Super friendly staff, great equipment and a good variety of classes! Instructors are all well trained, great motivators and love having a laugh. Best gym on lower north shore!! Only negative is the air con, but understand that's being fixed.
I joined PHC about a year ago and I absolutely love it! I have been a member of gyms in the past, but none have been able to motivate me like PHC. When I joined I was not expecting to make use of the personal training sessions on offer but after having 2 free sessions with Ela I knew that I could not continue without her! Working with Ela, I have become so much more motivated to achieve results, and she always keeps our sessions interesting by changing the workouts from week to week. Awesome, private, quiet gym with a great range of classes, sauna, spray tan and excellent trainers. My daughter loves going to the creche while I workout.
