Dr Kowal is very respectable and professional!
Dr Lionel Kowal is the best , eyes down. I had what I call right eye server double vision, after a adjustable suture procedure I had gained what I would say 80% single vision back. That was amazing, trust me. I just had another procedure left eye squint. Second day and 99%, Lionel, Robert and staff are extraordinary. Thank you for giving me me life back. Cheers Lockey

Dr Lionel is so far the most underrated ophthalmologist you’d ever seen in Melbourne. He had spent nearly 3 hours to go through all necessary checkups. Highly recommended.
