Do NOT even think about booking with this company! They cannot be trusted. They took our deposit money and called us a day before the wedding during our bridal luncheon to say that the trolley “just broke” that day; which was a lie. Come to find out the trolley had been broken for months! This caused us much undue anxiety on the day before the wedding. And we still haven’t gotten our $200 deposit back. We used PC Limo services last month for our wedding. We used the party bus getting to the venue, the trolley for our guests to get home, and the Yukon as our get-away vehicle. Communication prior to the event was exceptional. Our drivers were friendly, safe, and prepared. We will certainly use the company again.
My wife and I contracted with PC Limo to provide transportation for our rehearsal dinner and wedding in October. The company had come highly recommended and we were excited to have a trolley to help transport our guests and family. Unfortunately, on the night of the rehearsal, the trolley broke down for several hours, forcing many guests to scramble to find rides to the rehearsal, with many arriving late.
