Chef Peter has catered for me on a number of occasions; 3 to be exact. He always exceeds expectations with the menu, quality of food and quality of service. There has not been one meal or event catered that has not been delicious. I've had him cater ribbon cuttings, charity events and private birthday dinners. I would highly recommend him and he'll continue to be my go-to for events!
BEWARE!! Booked this Chef in September (for my 25th anniversary) in November. I wanted to go over the menu but he said that he would be in touch for that. HE NEVER CALLED OR SHOWED ON THE DATE BOOKED. A complete No Show!! Disappointment is not the correct term to use regarding this chef!! He cannot deny this post. BEWARE!!
My husband loves Italian food. Chef Peter prepared Pasta a la Norma from his grandmother's recipies for the 12 guests attending my husband's birthday party. Chef Peter advised on the wine selections, prepared the four courses in our home, served and cleaned up. There's nothing like a private chef for all occasions.
