Wow—David was an absolute home run! We were hosting an important client dinner in Marco Island, a place we had never been, in a house we had never seen, and took a leap of faith hiring a private chef. He exceeded every expectation. When visiting Naples for a family birthday, we organised for David to come and cook privately for us one evening. The food was delicious, some of the best we had in Florida, and David was lovely to chat to in the lead up and on the night. He was flexible in his menu and even organised a Sake tasting menu alongside our meal. We would absolutely recommend David for any events, parties etc. And we hope we’ll get to eat his food again in the future! Thanks Chef David.
