I stored a car in their Pasadena location for four months in 2021. They damaged my car while it was in their care and they refused to acknowledge it. They drove my car into a curb and severely cracked the front bumper and plastic fender liner and engine splash guard. They ignored repeated calls and emails to discuss. I ended up paying for the repairs out of pocket. Read the other negative reviews: I'm not the only one who experienced this. Don't entrust these people with your car.

I had a great experience with Stephanie and Mike at Private Car Storage. Communication was fast and easy, making the whole process very smooth. I stored my BMW M3 with them for several months, and every transaction was a breeze. Mike, who takes care of the cars, is fantastic, he constantly goes above and behind to deliver the best service. My car was always well-maintained, and I highly recommend their services to anyone needing private car storage.

stored my car with the $350 upfront deposit and $350 monthly fee totaling $700 still waiting for my $350 deposit. I called and keep getting the runaround saying they are “moving” don’t store your car here they fried my battery and I am also out a $200 diehard gold battery
