HOW MANY TIMES DO I HAVE TO SAY FIX THE DRIVE THROUGH ATM! It never accepts cash no matter how flat it is. I got cash out the atm to deposit in another account and it would not take the money it just gave me!!!! I keep telling the managers how this ATM doesn’t work properly but maybe corporate will see this and fix it!My list of complaints don’t stop here but getting a new ATM is the least you can do since you never have enough employees at the counters!

Our family has had a trust with Bank of America for over 35 years. They do not communicate well and act like it's their money not ours. Unfortunately we are stuck and can't move our money. DO NOT USE THEM for your family trust needs.
