Amélioration des moyens de communication avec les patients. Cette clinique figure parmi les mieux cotées de la Montérégie, ce qui témoigne de la qualité des soins offerts. Toutefois, le seul moyen de communication pour obtenir de l’aide ou des renseignements demeure le téléphone, ce qui peut s’avérer frustrant. I visited today. My prescription was supposed to be sent to my pharmacy. Since it was not done, I called at 15:34 and asked the secretary to send it, and she said ok. But finaly AGAIN she didn't send anything. It seems the ladies at the reception have preferences concerning the service they are supposed to give. A pity, because I'm paying for this private clinic for years now. I might rethink renewing my membership.

Be very cautious if you’re considering a membership at this clinic. We were charged for an appointment that was attempted to be cancelled promptly but couldn’t be due to lack of access (clinic closed, no voicemail, no online cancellation). Management never followed up as promised. Holding paid members hostage by restricting future bookings over a disputed charge is unacceptable.
