Very strange spa experience. Probably spent 20 minutes scratching my head with one hand. :Later she was rubbing one of my feet with one hand. Barely touched my back. Pre massage interview felt irrevellevent as nothing we discussed was focused on. Bathroom floor where you are asked to change is dirty and there's a hole in the wall. Wasn't offered hot tea or water after coming inside from a snow storm. Just an overall strange experience. I don't have to high expectations, but I am struggling to give this place two stars.

I'm so glad we now have a first class, one stop salon here. I've been living here for 15 years and have always missed the top notch level of quality service and product offered at comparable salons in NY and NJ. Pentagon City is finally lucky to have this long overdue, quality establishment. Don't even bother going anywhere else for miles if you value your hair.
