After receiving a Groupon Mother’s Day gift certificate for this spa, I was genuinely excited to schedule an appointment. Unfortunately, my experience was deeply disappointing, with so much confusion and time wasted, especially considering the service and the cost. As with other reviews, the tipping seems a bit scammy. I came with a group for facials and had paid for the services through Groupon. We were aware of the automatic 20 percent gratuity and were happy to pay it. The original quoted price for the facial was 180 and yet the non negotiable gratuity charged to us was 50 dollars per person. That isnt 20 percent of 180 so I am confused where they got that number from and a receipt was not itemized. Will not return.
