As with other reviews, the tipping seems a bit scammy. I came with a group for facials and had paid for the services through Groupon. We were aware of the automatic 20 percent gratuity and were happy to pay it. The original quoted price for the facial was 180 and yet the non negotiable gratuity charged to us was 50 dollars per person. That isnt 20 percent of 180 so I am confused where they got that number from and a receipt was not itemized. Will not return.

I went to get the Aescape message which is the robotic massage. It was a awesome new experience would highly recommend to try out. I even caught a little nap.

I had a wonderful experience at Privai Spa + Salon at Pike & Rose and will definitely be coming back. Parking was easy with the nearby garage, which already made the visit stress-free before I even walked in. The front desk team was incredibly welcoming and thoughtful — they even asked for my size ahead of my Aescape session so the outfit provided for the treatment was ready and comfortable.
